What kind of paper do you use?

High quality 200gsm, matte, archival paper. Smooth natural white, with a subtle pulp-grain. All prints come unframed and without a white border (artwork extends to the edge of the paper)
What printing method do you use?

Giclée is a sophisticated inkjet printmaking process which creates the highest quality fine art reproductions that can last between 100-200 years in optimal conditions. Printed using our print partners, consisting of a network of print houses around the world (UK, NL, US, CA, AU)
Can I order posters in different sizes?

Do you do framed prints or canvas?

We do! Currently all products listed on the website are for prints only, but the printers we work with offer a range wall decor solutions including, framed prints, canvas, framed canvas and more. Send me an email at amylouisebaker.design@gmail.com, with your location and what your looking for and will be happy to help.
What is your refund policy?

The policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the delivery. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason listed below you can return the product for a refund. Refund requirements; The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund: Product is defective (damaged poster) Product is not as described In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. How are the posters packaged?

Items are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes.

We ship globally! Printed using our print partners, consisting of a network of print houses around the world (UK, Neatherlands, USA, Canada, Australia) Your item will be shipped directly from the printers closest to you.
What are the delivery costs?

When will my order be dispatched?

Everything is made to order, with over 80% of orders being made and shipped within 24-48 hours Shipping times:* UK = 2-3 working days USA = 2-5 working days CA = 2-5 working days EU = 5-7 working days AUS = 3-6 working days Rest of world = 5-12 working days *These times are estimated and may be longer, especially during peak periods or holidays
Where will my item be shipped from?

How do I flatten my poster?

To uncurl the print, place the print on a flat, clean surface away from direct sunlight and leave the protective tissue over the print. Place a book, or another heavy object on the very ends of the print. After a 24 hours the print should become flat.
Will my print fade?

Giclée is a sophisticated inkjet printmaking process which creates the highest quality fine art reproductions that can last between 100-200 years in optimal conditions. Make sure to keep away moisture, excessive temperatures, direct sunlight, and protect it behind a frame to keep your print looking fresh!
